  Had dinner here tonight, I had a gift certificate that I bought from Groupon for $25 waited 40 minutes for our appetizer, when the server brought it out another server gave us our dinners at the same time. Food was cold and dried out frys were old and cold. Had to ask for more water and a refill on coffee. Server was polite but will never go back .I would hate to see the service on a busy night

  I was super disappointed in their service when I was there. My wife and I went there and decided not to wait for being seated at a booth, so we sat at the self-seating tables by the bar. While we waited there, the host came up to us and told us that their Applebee's doesn't do self-seating at the bar tables and that we had to leave the table and return to the entryway to be seated. When we decided to just sit at the bar instead, the host glared at us and muttered his disapproval under his breath.

  Usually so good, but the other night not so much. My chicken cavatappi was cold, short on sauce and chicken. His shrimp was not cooked through.
